This year marked the beginning of the new NISA (Nippon Individual Savings Account) system. Given that investment amounts are set annually, it's natural to think that this could have cyclical effects on the market. In any case, Japan was bustling with NISA-related activities this year. Many people invested for the first time. A while ago, Taro Aso once stirred controversy by saying, "When you say you're involved in stocks, it sounds somewhat suspicious in rural areas."  証券会社の口座は、松井証券とSBI証券の2つを使っている。ムームー証券に口座開設をしようかとも思いながらアプリだけ入れてみたが、口座開設しなくても使える機能が豊富なのでしばらくそのまま使ってみようかとも思う。 複数の証券会社を使うメリットはいくつかある。メインの口座を長期投資に使っているが、もう少し短期の売買をしたくなることもある。そんなときに、同じ口座で取引すると、保有銘柄がごっちゃに表示されて見にくいし見つけにくい。私の場合、長期投資のETFは松井証券を使っていて、たまに短期売買をしたいときにはSBI証券を使っている。 正直なところ、2つの証券会社を使うと色々面倒くさい。最低でも、資産合計を知るために足し算をしなきゃならない。一つにまとめたい。 できることなら目的別口座みたいなものが使えたら良いといつも思う。住信SBIネット銀行をずっと使っているが（最近はその支店の松井バンク）、この銀行には目的別口座がある。生活費とは別に管理しておきたいお金を分けて管理できるから便利で使っている。これが証券口座でもできれば良いなあと思う。今のところ、それができる証券会社は見つからない。松井証券がやってくれたら便利だなぁと思う。

 そろそろ「為替ヘッジあり」でも良いかもしれないと思ってきた。 為替ヘッジをかけるメリットは、言うまでもなく為替変動のリスクを抑えられることだ。例えばドル建ての債券の場合、ドルベースでリターンがプラスになっていたとしても、円高になれば円に換算したときにリターンがマイナスになることがある。これを防ぐために、ドル売り円買いのポジションを組み合わせておくのが為替ヘッジだ。債券を買って、FXでドル売り円買いをしているようなものだと考えておけばわかりやすい。 ドルを売って円を買うというポジションを持てば、ドルの金利を支払って円の金利を受取る。円の金利が高ければ、その差を受け取ることができる。逆にドルの金利のほうが高ければ、金利差の分を支払わなければならないから、これがコストとなる。 リーマン・ショックの後、世界各国が金融緩和をしていた時期には、世界中が低金利で金利差というものもほぼゼロだったから、コストを気にしなくてもよかったが、ドルの金利が円の金利よりはるかに高い時期には、コストが大きすぎた。 ここ最近のドル円を見ていると、そろそろ為替ヘッジありを買っても良いかも。

 大暴落して騒いでいる人もいるようだが、暴落したら買い向かうか、あるいは気にせずいつも通り積み立てるというのが、相場のスタンダードだと思う。せっかく下げてくれたので、そのタイミングで債券を売って株式を買った。おかげで安く買えた。 積立NISA枠を活用するために、毎日数千円ずつ買っている投資信託も、これで買付単価を下げることができる。株が下げた上に円高だったので、かなり安く買うことができた。現時点ではまだ少しマイナスだが、そのうちプラスになるだろう。 念のためにもう一度書いておこうと思うが、下げた時に損切りするのは短期売買をするときだ。長期で投資して資産を増やそうと思っているのなら、暴落した時に買うのが普通だ。もちろん、下がっていくところで買うわけだから恐怖はある。が、分散するとか、買うタイミングを何回かに分けるとか、そういった工夫は大事だ。 積立の設定をしておいて、相場のことは何も考えないというのが、もっとも効率よく、かつストレスなく運用する方法かもしれない、などと最近は思う。

 動画サービスはABEMAを利用するようになった。 デジタル赤字が拡大しているそうで、これが円安の一つの原因になっているそうだ。個人でもできることは何かないかと考えてみたが、大して思いつかない。こんな時はAIに相談してみよう。今回はGeminiに聞いてみたところ、日本企業のサービスを利用するのが良いと。 YouTubeの代替としてパッと思いついたのがニコニコ動画だったのだが、あいにく、サイバー攻撃にやられて利用できない時期だったので、探してみたらABEMAにたどり着いた。今まで使っていなかったが、良いサービスだ。 Geminiは、他にもカーナビアプリも日本企業のものを使えば良いと教えてくれた。グーグルマップではなく、ヤフーカーナビを使うのが良いと。 Geminiはグーグルが開発したAIなんだけど…。

 こんなに下げたら、もちろん買い向かうずにはいられない。買い向かうときには少額ずつが基本だ。 買った直後に上昇に転じるかもしれないし、まだずっと下げ続けるかもしれない。それでも資金が底をつかないような買い方をすべきだろう。 幸い、今は数千円とか数万円で買うことができるから、ごく少額ずつ毎日買っていくというスタンスでいこう。 と、書いてみたが、これは長期投資の話。 これだけ下げたら、短期の買いは、さっさと損切りすべきだ。先日買ったJ-REATは、もう売り払った。

 REITを買ってみた。コロナで相場が大きく動いた時に利食ってから様子は見ていたのだが、いくらなんでも安すぎるだろうと思って買うことにした。 下げている理由はどこにでも書いてあるが、最近はググるのも面倒なのでAIに聞くことにしてる。たまにとんでもない答えが返ってくることもあるが、まあだいたい平均的などこにでも書いてあるようなことを答えてくれるから、とても…助かる。 ところで、「落ちてくるナイフは掴むな」という相場格言がある。「地面に刺さってから抜け」と続くそうだ。しかしこれだけ落ちてくると掴みたくなる。仕方ないので掴み方を工夫しよう。 ありがたいことに、ETFは数千円から数万円程度で買えるものが多い。毎日少しずつ買うのが妥当か。投資信託なら、積立NISAを利用して、毎日一定額買える。便利だと思う。

 全世界に分散投資のできるインデックスファンドは、それぞれインデックスを採用しているわけだが、そのインデックスとしてMSCIオールカントリーインデックスを採用したものが良いのか、FTSEグローバルキャップインデックスを採用したものが良いのか、どちらが良いかと、ネットのいろいろなところに書かれている。 比較することでそれぞれの特徴がよく分かるだろうから議論してみるのは良いとは思うが、比較した上でどちらか一方だけを買わなければならないと決める必要はない。 購入単位が数百万円とか数千万円とか、金額が大きすぎると、どちらか一方に決めなければならないかもしれないが、千円くらいでも買える時代なのだから、両方買えば良い。 両方買うメリットはいくつかある。 まず、運用会社を分散できる。運用会社に何か問題があって被害を被る可能性がないわけではない。例えば運用会社が破綻した場合はどうだろうか？資産は守られる制度になってはいるが、色々面倒くさそうだ。そこまで行かなくても、運用会社のちょっとしたヘマに巻き込まれて、売りたい時に売れないかもしれないことがあるかも、などと考えると、分散しておくメリットはそこそこある。 どちらの指数も全世界に分散するわけだから、組み入れられている銘柄の共通部分は大きく、値動きも大して変わらないが、全く同じではない。MSCIには採用されているが、FTSEには採用されていない国や銘柄はある。ごく僅かだが、分散効果はないわけではない。 両方買うデメリットはというと、管理が面倒くさくなるということくらいか。 NISAの成長投資枠はすべて使い切ったので、積立投資枠で両方買ってみることにしようかと。相場は下げてきているから、タイミングとしてはちょうど良い。

 グロースコアのETFを持っている。長期保有する予定ではない。 ずいぶんと下げていたので、そろそろ買おうかと思ったのは少し前だが、一度買ってみて、そのままズルズルと下げたのでロスカット。しばらくしてトレンドが転換しそうだったので、もう一度買ってみた。 長期で保有するものは、下げていく時に買い増していくのも珍しくはないが、短期のトレーディングでは、こまめにロスカットするべきだろう。その水準は、とりあえず5％に設定している。 誰が言ってたのか忘れたが、多分大事な言葉。 「トレーディングと投資は違うからねぇ」 「投資とは長期投資」 「短期はロスカット、長期はナンピン買い」

 今年も現れた。スズメバチだ。部屋に入ってきた。 玄関に常備しているハチジェットを取りに行く。屋外なら思い切り噴射すれば良いが、部屋の中が薬液でベトベトになるのは嫌だなあ、などと思いながら、優しくトリガーを引いてみた。 霧がフワッとハチにかかると、徐々にハチが弱っていく。ハチジェットの圧力はとても強いが、あれは屋外に巣を作られたときときに、遠くから噴射するためのものなのだろう。 それにしても、神戸に来てからスズメバチをよく見る。自然が豊かだなぁ。

 生ごみを少しずつ庭に埋めて処理をしていると、勝手に生えてきて育つことが多々ある。少し前に、ジャガイモの皮から芽が出てきていたのだが、今日はそれを収穫をした。 何が出てくるのか分からないのが面白いところなのだが、育ててみて雑草だったら情けないので、芽が出てきたときに分かると便利だ。画像から何の植物か判断してくれるアプリが、ホンの数年前までは有料で精度が悪かったのだが、現在はGoogleでもBingでも無料で使える。精度もかなり良い。 Googleの場合、 このアイコンをタップするとGoogleレンズというアプリが開くので、撮影する。 Bingの場合、 このアイコンをタップして撮影する。 図鑑というものが要らなくなるのだろう。とても良い時代になったものだ。

 リサイクルショップでプールを買った。Googleレンズで調べてみると、「INTEX(インテックス) レインボーリングプレーセンター」という商品らしい。水道からホースを繋げばシャワーが出るのだが、うまくつなげなくてしばらく困ってた。が、色々試してたら、庭の水やり用のホースを繋げたのでシェアしておこうと思う。 使うのはこれ。 ジョイントニップルというものらしい。庭のホースを延長するためだったか何だったか忘れたけど、去年、ヨドバシのネット通販で買った。 これを無理やり差し込む。 やりすぎると壊れるかもしれないので、自己責任でよろしく。で、ホースをつなぐ。 ジョイントニップルは昨年、ヨドバシのネット通販で買った。300円か400円くらいだったと思う。注文をして届いたその日にダイソーに行ったら同じようなものが売っていたのでショックを受けたのを覚えている。

お祝いののし紙を作ろうとしたら、色がおかしいのでヘッドクリーニングしたところ。インク吸収体が満タンになったと表示された。修理に出す以外ないそうだ。費用は2万円くらい。 うん。買い換えよう！EPSONにしよう！ と思ったが、念の為調べてみたら、色々なページに解決方法が書かれていたので試してみたところ、うまくいったのでメモしておこうと思う。 具体的には、本体のリセットという作業と、インク吸収体の交換あるいは洗浄という作業になる。長くなるので別のページに書いた。 本体のリセット インク吸収体の場所 ちなみに、Service toolというものでリセットできるとか書かれていたので、ググってダウンロードしてみたのだが、PCのセキュリティソフトが反応して使えず。弱みに付け込んでウイルスを広めようという輩がいるのかもしれない。

インク吸収体がいっぱいになったというエラーが表示されたら、とりあえず本体をリセットすれば数枚は印刷できるだろうが、とはいえ、廃インクはいっぱいになっているのだから、それを続けているとそのうちインクがあふれてくる。物理的に廃インクを何とかしなきゃならない。 とりあえずインク吸収体を取り出そう。G1310の本体には、見える部分にネジが6本あって、裏側に4本と、後ろ側に2本ある。とりあえず全部外してみたのだが、裏側の4本は外す必要がない。 後ろのネジ２本を外すして、用紙フィーダーが外れる。そうると、インクでベトベトになったインク吸収体が見えるはず。ちなみに、下の画像は、洗浄が終わって元に戻した状態。 緑色に見える部分がインク吸収体。全部で3枚入っている。ちなみにこの画像は、洗浄し終わって元に戻した図なので、最初はインクで真っ黒だった。 手前に出てきている白いパーツが見えると思うが、これに白と赤の配線をひっかけている状態だったので、まずこの線をほどいてから、白いパーツを手前に引き出す。爪があるので、爪を外すとすぐにこの状態になる。 インク吸収体を引っ張り出すのは大変だ。ピンセットでは力が入らなかったので、箸で引っ張り出した。結構苦戦した。取り出す前に、床にシートを敷いておくとか、使い捨てのビニール手袋をしておくとと、いろいろ工夫した方が良い。 で、このインク吸収体を何とかしなきゃならないわけだが、そもそもインク吸収体というのは、インクを吸収する不織布みたいなものなので、交換できるのなら何でもよい。ネット上には交換用のものが販売されているから、買って交換すれば良い。ネット上には猛者がいて、キッチンペーパーで代用したという人もいる。そもそもG1310のインクは水溶性だから、水を吸って保持しておくことができるのなら、何でも良いそうだ。 ちなみに、水溶性のものだから、水で洗って、一晩乾かして元に戻した。 これで良いのかどうかは、しばらく使ってみなければわからない。もし問題が出てきたら、おそらくその時にはブログを更新するだろうし、問題がなければ、思い出したときに更新する予定。 念のために書いておくが、自己責任でお願いします。こうやって自分でいろいろやると、cannonにもっていっても修理してもらえなくなるそうだ。保証期間にこれをやると保証対象外になるとかもどこかに書いてあった。

インク吸収体がいっぱいになってプリンタが動かなくなったときに、本体をリセットしなきゃならない。具体的な方法はそれほど難しくはない。 まず、プリンタの電源がオフの状態で、電源ボタンを押したまま、リセットボタンを5回押し、電源ボタンから指を離す（これでサービスモードに入った）。 次に、リセットボタンを5回押して、電源ボタンを2回押す。そうすると、プリンタが動き出すので、プリントが終わるまで待つ。その後、電源ボタンを1回押す。 これで、完了。 インク吸収体がいっぱいになると、そのうちインクがあふれてきてしまうわけだから、プリンタ本体はいっぱいにならないように管理をしている。センサーか何かで廃インクがいっぱいになっているかどうかを判断するというものではなくて、ソフトで管理している。具体的には、ヘッドクリーニングを１回すれば、どれくらいの廃インクが吸収されるのか、というようなことを計算して、「今は○○％」というのを本体が記憶している。 これが１００％になると、本体は印刷を拒否する。インク吸収体がいっぱいになったと表示されるのは、この状態だ。 実際には、多少余裕をもって設計しているだろうと思う。なので、リセットした状態で何枚か印刷する程度なら、問題はないとは思う。とりあえずリセットだけでなんとかするというのは、よくない。これを続けていると、そのうち廃インクがあふれてきて、デスクがインクまみれになりそうだ。 私の場合、ヘッドクリーニングをよくする。というか、よくつまる。カラー印刷するたびにヘッドクリーニングをしている。ヘッドクリーニングをすると廃インクがたくさん出るみたいな感じだ。むしろ、ヘッドを修理、あるいは交換した方が良いかもしれない。それはまた次の機会に。 サービスモードというものが組み込まれているのは便利だ。これは、おそらくパソコンを接続せずにある程度の操作をするためのものだろうと思うが、サービスモードを使うと累計の印刷枚数をプリントさせたり、インク吸収体がどれくらい使われているかをプリントさせたりできる。 サービスモードは、おそらくcannonの人しか使えないようになっているのだろうとは思う。マニュアルに書いておいてくれたら良いのに、、、と思ったりもするが。ネット上には、サービスモードについて書いてくれている親切な人がいる。ありがとう。cannonの内部の人が、偶然見つ...

バイト先に新人キラーが何人かいる。正直なところ、私も苦手だ。新人が入ってくると、親切に教えてあげるのだが、間違ったことを教えたり、おせっかいすぎたりして、辞めさせてしまう。 こんな人がいなければ、もう少し快適に仕事ができるのに…、というのは間違いではないかもしれない。が、彼らのおかげで時給が高い。 新人を辞めさせるという行為によって、労働力の供給が少なくなる。供給が少なくなれば価格が上がるわけで、高い時給はそれによって下支えされている。 ありがとう、新人キラー。

「嘘とついしょ、これ嫌い」と教えていただくわけだから、もちろん嘘をつくことは良くない。人を傷つけるような嘘や、自分だけが得をするような嘘が良くないことはもちろんだ。しかし、場合によっては、人を幸せにするために嘘をつくべきだろうと思うこともある。 こんな難しい問題を問いかけてみると、AIはどうこたえるのだろうと、ふと思ったので聞いてみた。仏教では嘘をつくことは戒律によって禁じられているそうだが、「方便」という言葉があり、限定的な状況では許されるそうだ。 続けていろいろと話していると、「嘘をついてはいけない」と決めてしまうほうが楽だということを教えてくれた。なるほど、と思う。 現実の世界では難しい判断をしていかなければならないのだから、常に考えなければならない。それを面倒だと思って考えることを拒否するのなら、「嘘をついてはいけない」と決めてしまうのが楽だ。 それはそうだ。 だが我々は神様から考える自由を与えられているのだから、常に自分の頭で考えていかなければならないと思う。 「嘘とついしょ、これ嫌い。欲と高慢、大嫌い。」とおやさまは教えてくださったということは忘れてはならないが。

 神戸市暮らし支援臨時特別給付金の案内が届いたので、申し込んだ。届いたメールに、支給状況照会のウェブサイトのアドレスが記載されていたので、アクセスしてみた。 入力されたお問い合わせ番号での受け付けはございません。 こう表示される。しばらく時間がかかるのだろうと思って、その晩にもう一度アクセスしたが、表示される文章は変わらない。二三日かかるのかと思って、数日経ってからアクセスしてみたが、やはり変わらない。 もしかすると、手続きができていないのかも…、と不安になったので、問い合わせてみたら、何も問題はないらしい。 申し込んだら、審査があって、それから給付の手続きが始まるとのこと。で、審査に通ってから、支給状況照会が可能になるとのこと。 途中経過はメールで教えてくれるとのことなので、しばらくは支給状況照会のウェブサイトにアクセスする必要はないそうだ。 つまり、メールを待てということ。 とりあえず解決してよかった。

 客が店側に理不尽な要求を押し付けたりクレームを言ったりしてくることを「カスハラ」というそうだ。あるテレビ番組で知った。どのような人がカスハラをするのか調べたところ、自営業者や経営者が多いそうだ。 「お客様は神様です」と言い始めたのが誰なのかは知らないが、お客様を大事にして、常にお客様に気を使いながら毎日仕事をしている自営業者や経営者なら、いい加減な対応しかしない店員には腹が立つのだろう。 自分が他人に対してしたことを、他人が自分にもしてくれるとは限らない。当たり前のことだ。が、他人にも要求し、それが叶えられなくて腹が立つのだろう。 我々も気をつけなければならない。頑張っているときほど余計に気をつけよう。 おやさまの口伝に、 この道は人にさせる道やないで、めい／＼一人／＼が自分からつとめさせて貰う道やから、人がどうのこうの言うやないで。自分がつとめさせて貰う時でも、人にさせようと思う心持ったらいかんで。 とある。自分が信仰すれば良いのであって、他人のことは考えなくてもよいのだから、不足しないように気をつけて通らせていただきたい。

 旧NISAで保有している銘柄は期限があるので、いつか新NISAに組み替えなければならないわけだが、松井証券のクロス取引を使えば、少しだけ税金対策ができる。 クロス取引では、現在価格の上下7％で取引できる。その価格をこちらで指定できるのが素晴らしい点だ。　 最終的には、旧NISAで保有している株数を売却して新NISAで買えばよいわけだが、一旦、特定口座で保有すると、見かけ上の損失を発生させることができる。 まず、旧NISAで保有している株式を、クロス取引で売却する。このとき、第二注文は特定口座での買い、価格は取引できる価格の上限に設定する。つまり、現在価格の7％上の価格で売買をする。旧NISA口座からの売却に関しては、いくらで売っても税金はかからないから、できるだけ高い価格で売れば良いし、特定口座は税金がかかるから、できるだけ高く買って安く売るほうが損失は大きくなる。 次に、特定口座で買った株式を、クロス取引で売却する。第二注文は新NISAでの買い、価格は取引できる価格の下限に設定する。 特定口座だけを見れば、現在価格より7％高い価格で買って7％安い価格で売ることになるから、14％の損失を発生されることができる。旧NISAの保有銘柄を、同じ価格で２回クロス取引しているだけだから、実際には損失は発生していないが、譲渡損失が発生するから、配当金などの利益を相殺できる。個人にとっては少しだけ嬉しい。しかし、NISA枠は毎年増えていくのだから、積もり重なればそこそこの金額になってくるのでは？

 松井バンクのデビットカードを使って、ネットで決済しようと思ったら、限度額を超えていてできないとか何とかかんとか表示された。 今月は使いすぎたか？と思ったり、銀行にお金を入れ忘れているのか？と思って確認したりしていたが、自分で1日の上限金額を設定していたことを思い出した。。 早速、松井バンクのアプリを開いてみたら、一回の上限金額が3万円に設定されている。この上限を上げると、ちゃんと決済できた。 設定はリアルタイムで反映されたので、無駄な時間を使わずに済んだ。 やっぱ便利だわ…

 1489 NEXT FUNDS 日経平均高配当株50の分配金利回りが101.35%となっている。大暴落でもしたのか？と思っていたら、分割だ。ググったら野村のウェブサイトがヒットした。 https://nextfunds.jp/news/2024/pd_231129a.html 従来の1口を30口に分割するから、価格は30分の1になるり、機械的に「年間の分配金÷基準価額」で計算すると、分配金利回りは30倍になる。 ちょっと焦った。

「2013 iシェアーズ　米国高配当株 ETF」、「2014 iシェアーズ　米国連続増配株 ETF」が上場するので買ってみようかと前々から思っていた。上場初日の今日、ワクワクしながらアプリを開いてみたところ、 とても板が薄い。考えてみたら当たり前なんだが、まだ保有している人がいないのだから売り板が薄いのは当然か。ストップ高の状態。上のスクショの時間は8:17 。まだ早いからそんなもんかと。  8:47になると、売り板が少し増えた。 売り板が全然足りてない。 マーケットメイカーは何をしてるんだ！とか思って、東証のETF一覧を見てみると、マーケットメイクの欄が空白。つまり、マーケットメイカーはいないということなんだろう。 売り板を増やしてくれたみたいだが、まだまだ足りてない。8:52なのに…。このまま約定するのか？そりゃやばくないか？とか思ってたら、8:57、 売り板がガサッと増えた。しかし、200円前後のものにしてはまだ高すぎるなぁ、と思っていたら、9:00がやってきた。 特別買気配で値がつかない。どういうルールなんだろ？空売りしてみるべきか？とか考えているうちに、208円で値がついた。それでもちょとと高いんじゃないかと思っていたら、その後、201円台で取引されている。 で、ブログを書いていて買いそびれる。明日にするか、そろそろ買うか…、もう少し悩んでみようかと。

仕事から帰ってきて、 東証マネ部のウェブサイト を見てみると、「133A：グローバルＸ 超短期米国債 ETF」という記事を見つけた。「133A」は銘柄コードか？タイプミスか？とか思ってたら、銘柄コードにアルファベットが使われるようになったとのこと。詳しくは↓ https://www.jpx.co.jp/sicc/code-pr/ そりゃ足りなくなるわな…。

 地震だ。株価は下がるのか上がるのかは、私には分からないが、下げたのなら買えば良いと、私は思う。 なぜ下がるのか。それは、売らなきゃならない投資家がいるからだ。キャッシュが必要になれば、相場の未来とは関係なく売らなければならない。売りたくなくても売らなきゃならない。その売りで株価が下がれば、下がったことによって損失が発生し、損切りのために売らなきゃならなくなる投資家が増える。これがさらに下げを加速する。こう考えるのが自然だ。 このときに、我々ばどうすべきか。単に利益を追求するのなら売り浴びせれば良いわけだが。 ここで我々は買い向かうべきだろう。 売る投資家は、売りたくて売っているのではない。株価が下がるのだから、もちろん売りたくない。少しでも高く売りたいと考えているはずだ。ここで買い支えるのは、単価的な利益を追求されない個人投資家の役目ではないかと思う。 だからといってレバレッジを効かせて買うのはこちらのリスクが大きすぎる。短期的には不要な資金で買いって、株価が上がらなければ寄付したと思えば良い。 こちらが大損するわけにもいかないから、分散は心がけたい。年明けから、ETFを少しずつ買うというスタンスが良いかと思う。 為替については、円高になることが予想される。これも同じ理屈で、例えば米国株で運用していれば、米国株を売って得たドルで日本円を買わなきゃならない。円が高くても買わなきゃならないのだから、こちらはドルを買えば良い。短期的には下げるだろうから、レバレッジを効かせてトレーディングするのなら円買いだろうか、我々はドルを買おう。この機会にドル建てのETFや米国株を買って、もしも損失が出れば寄付したと思って諦める。 下げれば買う方向で。
